  Our experience using Pure Plumbing Professionals was outstanding.
  We had a major gas leak , and needed urgent attention.
  Lachlan arrived promptly, and explained what needed to be done.
  Very polite , worked continuously through the heavy rain , and certainly would highly recommend Pure Plumbing Professionals at anytime.

  The guys did a residential project for my family. I was very impressed. It wasn't an easy job. We waterproofed around our house and footings and incorporated a linked drainage solution. Brett, Jamie, James and Travis were all so very professional and approachable. They were happy to involve me in the process and to answer all of my questions. They were always on time and let me know if they were going to come at a different time. They had a demonstrable pride in their work also a clear pride in themselves.

  I'm writing this review on behalf of my mother Yvonne (from Glenwood) who's in her 80's.
  
  My mother contacted Pure Plumbing when her kitchen was flooding from an unknown source. The lovely lady on the phone tried to advise my mother (who was in a bit of a flap) what to do whilst waiting for the plumber to arrive.
  
  James arrived quickly & upon inspection found the problem to be water coming from the washing machine. He fixed the problem promptly & advised my mother of what the issue was.
  
  My mother found James to be polite & very helpful and she would happily use & highly recommend Pure Plumbing.

  Martin and his team (Riley, James, Ed, Josh) were great - very professional and respectful. They were also punctual -they said they'd be at my house at 7am and they were! They did a great job, and were really knowledgeable, helpful, conscientious and polite. I will definitely use them again.

  I recently found myself in a nightmare situation of having had very significant damage done to the foundations of my home due to water getting under the house. I engaged with a number of plumbers to address what was a complex problem requiring a sub- soil drainage system to fix. I was blatantly ripped off by one plumber and the others were mainly interested in getting me to accept high quotes, and displayed very little interest in helping me to solve what had become an expensive confusing nightmare.
  
  Enter PURE PLUMBING PROFESSIONALS.
  
  What impressed me first about Brett from Pure Plumbing Professionals was the simple fact that he recognised how much stress this situation had placed me under, and seemed genuinely motivated to help me out of the situation. He took ownership of the problem and for the first time I realised i actually had a professional tradesperson who was going to stay with this task until it was completed properly.
  
  Without exception the whole team from Pure Plumbing displayed a similar level of professionalism and commitment as the job progressed. The guys from Pure Plumbing are approachable, courteous and respectful. They were so patient at answering my many many questions (usually several times), including making many on site visits to reassure me, something I was never charged for. They were always on time and always left to job site clean and tidy.
  
  I want to offer a genuine thank you to the whole team from Pure Plumbing Professionals. These guys are great tradespeople and as ‘honest as the day is long’ as they say.
